We have developed the Rules and they are based on our experience of life and work in Coliving & Coworking, observations and recommendations of other members of the community.
The rules serve to maintain a favorable, friendly and safe living environment for each member of the community. They see to it that each member's behavior is up to acceptable standards for the comfort of others.
